Wet bulb globe temperature (WBGT) is a comprehensive indicator of dangerous heat levels. It accounts for the influences of air temperature, humidity, wind speed, and radiation (both from the sun and from the surface beneath you, such as asphalt).
This tool is used to estimate WBGT based on variables commonly measured at weather stations.
Note: WBGT estimates are for informational purposes only. Direct measurements of WBGT onsite should always be used in decision-making for safeguarding health.
